Deciding on a theme is hard, specially when you have so many options. There are a cetain questions, you may have before deciding to move with our themes. It’s one- time payment only. However, theme setup and any extra code customization in the theme will require extra costs.

Nope. The premium theme package consists of ‘Theme File’, ‘Required and Recommended plugins’, ‘Documentation’ and ‘Demo Content Data File’. If you need anything extra, like add-on plugins, then you’ll need to buy it by yourself.
We highly recommend you to follow up on the tickets rather than replying to the email as it’ll be easier for both of us to keep track if we use tickets for replying.
Sorry, our support is only through the emails and tickets.

Please make sure you create a child theme and do necessary customization on the child theme rather than directly modifying the codes of the original theme so that any future update of the theme won’t affect your customization.

Each theme page has a compare table free vs pro where you can view the detail about the free and pro version. Pro version includes extra customization functionalities, features, options, widgets, template, and support of more plugins. Premium support tickets are answered within 24 hours, even on weekends. Whereas free theme doesn’t have a timeframe for the reply.

Currently we only support PayPal.

Support covers helping in setup, bug fixes, simple CSS customizations and help with trouble using any features. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any support for any kind of modifications or 3rd party plugins but can help you with some guidance.

If you have any problems getting our products to work, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase. After 7 days, no refunds will be given. Before the refund will be granted, you must allow us to try and help solve any problem you have by emailing us at info@yudleethemes.com.

NOTE: Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products.
